Bank Owned Property for Sale in Napa Valley

Bank Owned Homes, Foreclosed Property for Sale, REO (short for Real Estate Owned by banks). What's the difference? I've tried finding out from experts, but unless someone can show me different, those three terms are interchangable. Whether you want to buy an REO, a bank owned home, or a foreclosed property in Napa, you're going to be dealing with a busy listing agent and a bank (or other financial institution) that wants to get a bad asset off their books. I'll use REO as my preferred term for North Bay foreclosed property sales, Napa bank owned homes, or Calistoga REO condos.
